Hey everyone! Can I just say that Tau Beta Sigma is awesome?! Seriously, TBS has changed my life so much, and I’m proud to be a sister of Theta Eta! My chapter is awesome, my district is awesome, and TBS is just AWESOME! I have so much love and passion for this sorority and for my sisters.
This year I had the opportunity to serve as State Days Chair and I loved it! I made some great new friends and I loved watching my chapter interact with others and learn and grow from those interactions. I love how we all have that special bond together as a sorority. I know that wherever my life takes me TBS will always be a part of who I am, and I have brothers and sisters all over that accept me for who I am and love me even if they haven’t ever met me before.
Along with that thought, I want to write to my chapter and tell them how much I love each and every one of them. You girls make my day every time I see any of you on campus (even if you don’t see me back.) I literally get a smile on my face when I see someone walking to class, driving in their car somewhere, or even at random places like the mall. I have a very deep love for all of you and no matter where you go, or what you do in life; you will always be my sister and friend. Never forget why you joined this organization; it will always be a special memory. The day you chose to accept that bid was the same day you chose to become a part of something bigger and more special than you will ever know. I believe in you, and know that you will become something great and have an influence on everyone you meet. Never doubt yourself. You can accomplish anything you put your mind to. Each of you matter, and have an influence on whether our chapter succeeds together. In the words of Albus Dumbledore, “We are only as strong as we are united, and as weak as we are divided.” Keep the bond strong sisters! I love you all!
